Everything we sell is a digital download (PDF files), so there is nothing to ship back. If a product is not for you, reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of purchase and say "refund." We will refund everything you paid for that order, including any add-ons, to your original payment method.

How refunds work

We process approved refunds promptly. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Problems with your files

If a file will not open, or your download email did not arrive, email us and we will fix it or resend it right away. Please check your spam or promotions folder first.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
